Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:
- To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty $2,000).
- For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty $500).
You've probably had a look at the home page and been able to locate wines. Here are some hints to make navigating around this site easier:
- ALL PRICES INCLUDE GST.
- The home page enables you to enter the French or New World wine selections by clicking on either active link.
- The France-Soir Wine Selections Catalogue page allows you to browse through the wine selections but access to My Account, Cart Contents and Checkout requires you to Become a Member. This link provides a form for you to register your account information and to select a password. Your password can then be used to enter the Existing Member Logon page in future. By completing the member account information you will also receive emails on special offers and limited releases. The left pane of the Catalogue page allows you to navigate wines by category, search by keyword and access all information on Freight, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Links, Contact Us etc.
- When you enter the French or New World wine pages you can then select a wine Region to view the wines on offer. Regional wines can be sorted by clicking on the Name, Sub-region, Vintage or by Price active headings. You can read the tasting notes of wines by clicking on the wine label or Name active links.
- How the shopping cart works
The cart holds the wines that youve ordered. You can continue adding or removing wines from the cart until you go through the checkout.
- How do I put wines in my shopping cart?
Whenever you find a wine you want, select the required quantity and simply press the Buy Now button and the wine will be placed in your cart.
- How do I update the contents of my shopping cart?
Every time you add a wine to your cart it will also appear on your order confirmation page. When you click on the buy now button you will be given the option to Continue Shopping or Checkout. You can edit quantity and all your account information on the order confirmation page. You access the order confirmation page by clicking on Checkout.
- How do I place my final order?
If you have finished selecting your wines and all information in the Order Confirmation form is correct, click the Confirm Order icon. You will now receive on-screen order confirmation. Please note that your credit card will not be debited until stock availability is confirmed. All orders are pending until stock confirmation and credit card clearance takes place. A tax invoice will be posted to your address. Wine delivery will take up to 7 days following credit card debiting, except if you have ordered from the pre-arrival category, in which case delivery will be delayed as specified. |
