Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:
To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $6,000).
For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty $500).
Placing an order does not guarantee supply. All orders are pending until they are validated and processed. Payment is due with order. Your card will not be charged until we have confirmed warehouse availability. We accept the following credit cards: Amex, Bankcard, Diners, Mastercard and Visa. An invoice will confirm your order. All prices include GST.
We may request that the person who receives the Goods at the Delivery Address provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. The Goods will not be delivered to persons under the age of eighteen (18) years.
Wine will only be delivered to the adult person who placed the order, or to another adult nominated on the order form who undertakes to accept it on behalf of the person who placed the order.
Risk and title in the wine passes to you at the time of despatch to your nominated delivery address (See Freight and Insurance).
